Furthermore, they will be processed exclusively for accounting and tax purposes, and their retention period will be as required by law. Everything will be conducted in compliance with privacy and individual rights, through the systematic application of specific protection and guarantee measures for both paper and electronic processing, relevant to the specific nature of the data itself.
The interested party has the right to exercise the rights provided for by Articles 15 to 22 of EU Regulation 679/2016, and since the data is processed solely for accounting and tax purposes, the right may only be exercised at the end of the legally required retention period by sending an email to: labalzanaholidays@pec.it
