Balzana Holidays S.r.l. hereby informs you that personal data and any other information necessary for the performance of its hospitality business (booking, registration, invoicing) will be subject to confidentiality, as required by EU Regulation 679\/2016. Furthermore, they will be processed exclusively for accounting and tax purposes, and their retention period will be as required by law. Everything will be conducted in compliance with privacy and individual rights, through the systematic application of specific protection and guarantee measures for both paper and electronic processing, relevant to the specific nature of the data itself.<\/p>
